Happy new year everyone.
With a new year, we all plan a new resolution, but at the end of the year, we found ourselves not completing most of this. This continues every year for most of us. Let’s make some changes and make a meaningful resolution, that can be achievable. And I will share with you how to achieve your goals for 2020.
First create a realistic goal, which is achievable.
Realistic means don’t put you want to become Bill gates by the end of the year. You should only list down what you think you can achieve. Which is within your reach. One of your goals should be related to self-improvement. This can be taking online courses. Learning something new, or improving your current skills.
Keep your goal short.
Don’t make a list of 100 things you want to achieve in a year. Keep to within 3 to 4 goals. I will explain the importance of short goals.
Make short time goals.
Once you have your goals. Give your self a timeline of 3 to 4 months to achieve your first goal. Don’t try to start everything at the same time, this way you won’t get exhausted. Spend a minimum of 4 hours a week for your goal. And continue it for 3 to 4 months. If you can spend more time that’s good for you. If you think you cant achieve the goal shift to the next one. This way you will be able to try for a maximum amount of your goals and you will get better results.
The last thing is consistency.
You have to be consistent. You have to focus on your goals to achieve it.
